At H & H Law Group, we make legal services easier, one block at a time.

Unlike the traditional legal services model of having to make an appointment with your attorney/firm, then discussing a potential matter with them (and being charged for that discussion time as well!), and following up with an email or two with all pertinent documents and information — all you need to do on the H & H digital platform is describe your legal issue/situation, upload documents, and go.

Here are just some of the digital features of H & H Law Group that absolutely transform your experience of legal services delivery:

  1. Open Matters – Submit any legal service matter or inquiry you need assistance with (more information below) and you’ll receive a digital proposal or referral from our legal staff.
  2. Blocks – We don’t require an upfront retainer deposit (no evergreen retainers) and we don’t bill by the hour. Instead, we use a Block Payment system for predictable, fixed fee billing. Each block is equivalent to $100.00 (half blocks are $50.00). You will need to purchase the proposed number of blocks for service to begin only after you accept our service proposal (indicating time to completion and number of blocks required). Payment for blocks is made via credit card through the Stripe payment gateway.
  3. Rejected Matters – If you decide to reject a proposal, you will have an opportunity to comment as to why rejection occurred, and someone from our team will respond to your comment(s). A new proposal will be submitted by our legal staff only after we have agreed in principle to a due date and cost (in blocks) for our services in relation to your request.
  4. Closed Matters – Once a matter is completed, it will be stored in your account history so that you can access all related documents, communications, and invoices at a later time or for a later activity.

All you need to start a new matter is to upload any relevant documents (Word, Excel, PDF, JPG, GIF, etc.) and provide a description in the text box. Then, hit the ‘Submit’ button to send out for our review.

Once a proposal is approved and accepted by you, the client, you will need to add your credit card information to your account so that you can purchase the required number of blocks. Additional blocks can be pre-purchased for storage as existing credits on your account. Your H & H digital account keeps all your legal services and related documents neatly organized and quickly accessible, saving you time, effort, and capital.
